Two tablespoons of oil or ghee

Two medium tomatoes

Ten to twelve cashew nuts

One-inch ginger

Four to five cloves of garlic
FOR THE GRAVY :
tbsp fresh cream
tsp cumin seeds

1-2 green cardamoms

½ tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp red chili powder
-
1 tsp coriander powder

Salt to taste

1 tsp garam masala

1 tbsp butter (optional for extra richness)

Chopped coriander leaves (for garnish)
🥣 INSTRUCTIONS

In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Add the ginger, garlic, and chopped onions.

Add cashews and tomatoes once softened.

Cook the tomatoes until they are tender, then let them cool and mix them into a paste.
GET THE CURRY READY :
Heat oil or ghee in a new pan. Add cardamom, bay leaf, and cumin seeds.
Cook until the oil separates after adding the prepared paste.
Add salt, coriander powder, chili powder, and turmeric. Mix thoroughly.
APPLY CREAM TO FINISH

Add butter (optional), cream, and garam spice.

After two more minutes of cooking, stir.

Serve hot, garnished with coriander leaves!
